In Person - Gentle Yoga

Tuesday, December 166:00—7:00 PMSchiesske Large Meeting RoomAshland Public Library66 Front St, Ashland, MA, 01721

Join yoga instructor, Judy Thapa, in this weekly relaxing, end-of-day gentle yoga session. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Let your tensions go and be ready to focus on yourself for 45 minutes. This series is for adults 18+.

Registrants arriving 5 minutes or more after the scheduled program start time will forfeit their spot as it is highly disruptive to yoga for people to be coming in late. Please plan to be here 5-10 minutes before class begins so we can take attendance and you can settle in for fun/relaxation.

Registration opens two weeks prior to each event and is required for each session. Space is limited.

Please note this is a popular program. If you are unable to make it, kindly cancel your registration so another patron may register.

All attendees will be asked to sign a waiver to join the program which we will provide when you arrive. Once we have it on file, you will not have to do it at future sessions.
