We always have so much fun with Adult Winter Reading that we have to do it again Once again, read whatever you want during the month and count up the minutes. You can submit up to 1800 minutes (30 hours) worth of reading time. Each hour that you read gives you a raffle ticket to win fabulous prizes!

Please let us know how many minutes you've read from January 1st to January 31st, 2026 - up to 1800 minutes (30 hours)! We're on Beanstack so you can register anytime for the challenge and start adding your reading time from Wednesday, January 1st and close on Saturday, February 1st so make sure to get your minutes in.

There will be prizes! For every hour you read, you're name will be added to a raffle to win a prize, supplied by the Friends of the Ashland Library. The prizes will be:

$25 gift card to Dulce D Leche
$25 gift card to Stone's Tavern
$25 gift card to Main Street Wine & Spirits (since this is just for adults :)
$25 gift card to Aesop's Fable

To choose: for every hour you read (up to 30), you can choose which raffle you want that hour to apply to. We'll pick winners the first week of February. Good luck!

*NOTE: All are welcome to play but prizes will be awarded to MA residents only (as all of the prizes are local to Ashland)

And then, join us to celebrate with our Hot Chocolate Bar and Winter Reading Discussion on Thursday, January 29th at 6:30pm. Registration for it will open on Jan 1, 2026.
